Refund policy and exchanges
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy. We encourage customers to carefully read our returns policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
- All garments must be returned unworn. Due to hygiene conditions, we do not allow used or open packaging to be returned. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item being delivered to you; we will provide a refund or replacement if available.
- If you are eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 days after the processing period. Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
- Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
- We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
- Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of the product to avoid any returns or exchanges.

- Baddie Braoffers a 7-day quality guarantee for damaged/faulty item(s). Customers can return defective item(s) for refund, replacement, or exchange.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES
- Orders are automatically processed within 6 hours from time of order confirmation. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.orgASAP and within the following time period for cancellations and changes.
- To cancel your order, please do so within 6 hours from time of order confirmation. Late requests may incur fees.
- To make changes to your order (change color or size), please do so within 24 hours from time of order confirmation.
- Order modification requests after 24 hours from time of order confirmation may not be accommodated.
