These are perfect size for very small to medium breasts. Any larger and you wouldn't get the coverage you'd want. They are so versatile and can be worn with a bathing suit or sports bra. Very comfortable, flattering and holds its shape nicely without being too stiff. These are molded cups with thinner medium padding thickness - if that makes sense. It's not going to give you massive full cup increases in size. Also completely hides the headlights! Yay me! I think the best part is the reinforced stitching along the edges which will help these to last without falling apart.

I had a double mastechtomy recently and these were great to use (on one side), as after a previous lumpectomy, my breasts were in completely different places on my chest. This helped to fill in the space, by placing under the one side.
